Samir holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Washington and an MBA from Temple University. Outside of work, Samir is a devoted husband and proud father of two. He values family above all else and enjoys traveling, golfing, basketball, and creating meaningful experiences with his wife and children. Qadria Bokhari serves as Vice President and Project Director of Nirmana Construction, where she plays a key leadership role in overseeing project planning, client relations, design collaboration, and construction execution from concept through completion. Her diverse professional background spans property management, construction, real estate, and asset management, including 10 years in senior portfolio management overseeing residential and multi-family properties, more than 12 years managing remodeling and construction projects, and extensive experience directing luxury custom home construction. She is committed to creating a seamless building experience while delivering homes distinguished by exceptional craftsmanship and enduring quality.

With a strong foundation in both construction and real estate, Qadria specializes in strategic project management, asset management for large multi-family investments, and interior design and finish selections that elevate the character of each home. A licensed California Real Estate Broker with more than a decade of industry experience, she brings a comprehensive understanding of development, construction, and real estate to every project. Her ability to navigate complex challenges, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and develop practical solutions has earned the trust of clients and industry professionals alike.
